Description of Services Narrative
I'm an ALZIE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to inspire and empower Alzies to thrive on their journey to live their best life. An ALZIE (alzie.org) is a high functioning individual who has been diagnosed with some form of dementia but continues to lead a normal life with the support of their Pilots (a person who is the primary supporter helping with the daily life tasks that may become challenging such as meal prep, finances, schedules and technical difficulties) and Co-pilot (a secondary supporter that helps out to assist the pilot). I'm an ALZIE is an organization founded to educate, guide, and support the Alzies, their pilots and co-pilots. The majority of our operating budget is spent on programs.
